              On July 19, 2021, My Father, *************************** had an appointment for a post cataract surgery follow up at 3:15 pm. We made sure to get there early. (I drive him. My father is 80 and needs to use a ****** to get around.) They were not really busy yet we waited, and waited and waited. They were bringing other patients to the back who arrived anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes AFTER we arrived for my father's appointment. It's as if they forgot we were there. after an hour, we were disgusted by all this and we left. I am now looking for another ophthalmologist who accepts my father's insurance (MediGold). I just thought I would pass along what kind of poor, inexcusable lack of service my father and I experienced at the Erdey Searcy Eye Group. Thank You.
