Bought a 2024 Kia Sportage and four days later cluster screen goes out, having trouble with E brake and auto start. We spent $36,000 on this car and are getting treated by service like we are annoying them. We even got in contact with Kia consumer affairs because the dealership had to contact Kia tech line. I am so mad and upset about this, we have heard ridiculous excuses from services before they found out an update didn’t solve the problem. I will never buy a car from this dealership again they treat you like trash and don’t care that you just paid your hard earned money for one of their lemon cars. They don’t care if they make it right or not. I want my money back or a new car replacement that actually works right!!! Ridiculous shouldn’t be driving a rental car after buying a brand new car from this company.

I purchased a used 2020 Subaru Impreza (As Is) with less than 25k miles. I mentioned the brakes screeching to the sales man Jake during the test drive. He assured me that the car had been through a brake inspection and the brakes were good. A week later I reached out to him again about the brake noise. They were checked by the Germain Subaru dealer. They ended up finding an issue with the front brakes they claimed to fix. I picked up the car and the brakes were still noisy. I took the car to a different shop and had them look at the brakes and they advised the brakes needed to be replaced. I called and let Jake know. After getting no where with Jake, I ended up speaking with Brian Franks who stated they would not replace the brakes because the car passed their brake inspection. He offered to split the cost of parts and labor for them to replace the brakes which totaled $600+. I took the car to yet another auto shop who also advised that the brakes needed to be replaced. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and I am not happy with my buying experience. Regardless of the car being purchased as is, the brakes were obviously not inspected properly like they claimed. I walk away from this situation feeling that this dealership is dishonest and certainly not trustworthy. I was not asking for anything that anyone purchasing a car would not expect from the dealer. Having to bargain to have proper brakes is insane.
