This shop does not treat young women fairly.After purchasing my vehicle with this dealership,I have had nothing but problems.After a few months I noticed a coolant leak.When they examined the vehicle,they determined that the head gasket and water pump needed to be replaced.They also replaced the ignition coil & changed the oil.This work took over a month to complete - during this time,I was borrowing vehicles to get back and forth to work, used my warranty for a loaner vehicle and the dealership covered additional time as the work took some time. It took constant badgering and calling to get updates on my vehicle.After finally getting a manager involved,I was informed that the tech who had been working on my vehicle kept calling off and no one else was working on my car in his absence.A few months later, I noticed oil under my car. I took the car to valvoline for an oil change. After a few months, I saw that i was still leaking oil and took the car back to the dealership.The dealership accused me of not getting regular oil changes and suggested that Valvoline didn't change the oil filter when they changed the oil. They did another oil change.Just a few weeks later, the oil pressure light came on.I went to a local mechanic shop that has worked on my previous vehicles.The local shop found that the ignition coil was being held together with a zip tie,that the oil leak was coming from a sensor and said the water pump is not working as it should.I reached back out to the dealership.I called multiple times over several days and never received a call back.I finally just went in and asked for a manager.The only one available was the sales manager who couldn't really do anything but listen.I did get a call after that,at which time the manager wouldn't let me speak without interrupting me,he was quick to dismiss any complaint I had and seemed ready to blame anyone but his own shop. Heavily confused as both Service manager and general manager (myself ) had spoken to you multiple times in the last few days and offered to look at your vehicle for free despite being out of repair, manufacture, and service contract coverage. Just so we are on the same page, this vehicle was sold February 2022 and last serviced April of 2023 and more 15,000 miles ago. The area of the vehicle in which you mentioned a zip tie was not a product of Caldwell nor an area that we had worked on. In today's automobile dealership climate, it is difficult to find both honesty and integrity when purchasing a vehicle. Bob Caldwell has proved to be an exception. I was so impressed by a sales climate that was not pushy; rather, it appears that the goal is truly promoting a positive customer experience. If honesty and integrity are important attributes in where you choose to spend your valuable money and time, I recommend that you place Bob Caldwell high on your list. Moreover, **** Shepherd was the sales associate who helped me with my purchase. **** was the consummate professional, who never made me feel pressured or just another number in the hopper. Recently inquired about a vehicle listed on the website, one of two identical vehicles that were both priced at the same. I was interested at the listed price but after getting the paperwork drawn up noticed they were asking significantly more. When I asked about this they "looked into it" and claimed the website price was a mistake. Leased an SUV in November, the process was seamless. They even stayed past the closing time to finish the transaction. I received an email in March saying it’s time for maintenance so I brought my car in. This is the first time I went to this service department. The staff is courteous and respectful. The waiting areas are small but I liked that there is a space where you can quietly work with your laptop. There’s free coffee and some refreshments too. I only had the tires rotated and oil change so the wait wasn’t too long. I’ll come here again definitely. I have no complaints.Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Response

I brought my vehicle in for service. *** the service manager was very responsive, kind and great to work with. As I was waiting overnight for parts I decided I didn't want to put the money into it. I began shopping their cars online. I found a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I sent a message to see if it was still available and immediately received a phone call. The communication was top notch. Dino walked me completely through the process, making it a seamless, smoothe transition. Every person that worked there greeted me in passing. Not only was it a friendly experience but it was super easy. The finance guy worked with me making it a fair transaction for both of us. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was really great to work with. So many people congratulated me but more importantly thanked me for my business. If I'm still in the area I will definitely visit Bob Caldwell for future service and purchases! This is coming from someone who hates buying cars because it always seems shady, like you're being taken advantage of. This was the best car buying experience I've had in my 40 years of buying cars!Review from Brad M

On October 14th the Bob Caldwell service team did an oil change for my 2019 Dodge Challenger. The next day, 10/15, while I was on the highway driving to my parents home, my engine heat shield came loose and began dragging underneath the vehicle. Since I was closer to my parents I continued driving. On that Monday, 10/17 my car was towed to a AAA service location where the heat shield had to be replaced. AAA advised that two of the bolts were missing. When I contacted the Bob Caldwell service manager, he indicated that sometimes bolts are not tightened well enough or could even get broken by over tightening. He would investigate and follow-up. He stated that the likely outcome would be they would send me a check. Additionally, he requested the service bill from AAA, which I sent him via email. The last time I heard my the Bob Caldwell service manager he said, "I'm still checking into it." That was nearly a month ago. Bob Caldwell service manager did not keep his word and they clearly do not care about the level of service they provide. Everyone I met with was nice and courteous. However, standing up and BEING ACCOUNTABLE for your MISTAKES is critical if you are going to be a REPUTABLE business. It is my opinion that BOB CALDWELL SERVICE is NOT conducting business IN A REPUTABLE WAY. I would not recommend giving them your business.Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Response

I was grossly overcharged by their service department. I specifically instructed that I didn't want work done if there were major issues with the vehicle. Turns out they did the work, then determined the vehicle wasn't road-worthy. I also mentioned that I wanted a duplicate key without the fob -- they made a key with the fob and charged me $250 for it! I highly recommend -- DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.
