    I've been a member of the buckeye Express holding membership for a couple of months now when I recently purchased a new used vehicle. At first I was okay with the wash because $35 a month for an unlimited wash seemed fair. I've reported several issues to the managers on site and to their corporate office through the Facebook app / Facebook website using the massager app. I've also left a nasty review or two on Google. After not getting what I paid for damage to my vehicle that I couldn't prove because of the age of the vehicle and because they refuse to work with me manager on site it was forced to take the damage to my vehicle. That was my first altercation well perhaps altercation is not the right word I first issue with the buckeye Express team. Second being problems of their equipment being told if you're not happy with the wash you can go through a second time for free is all well and good but you shouldn't have to do it two or three times just to get bird poop off your car or just normal road dirt for that matter. I've reached out to them again today jun-17-24 in regards to canceling my membership and they have yet to respond through the messenger app when previously that just wasn't an issue I have since turned off the credit card they have linked for payment since they refuse to work with me. Damaged for my vehicles unacceptable if they have difficulties with their equipment maintenance needs to be performed either is hauling in employees a half hour early to ensure damage to other people's vehicles isn't occurring in that everything is up to snuff as it were. I'm not trying to be a Karen I promise but it is upsetting when they just refuse to answer any of my questions and ignore any of my concerns.
