I signed up for a live webinar "Emergency Action Plans: What’s Required and How They Can Save Lives (live-Single Attendee)" that was supposed to take place on September 19th, 2023. The morning of the training I received an email stating there was a "family medical emergency" and that they would not be able to proceed with the training. Instead, they conveniently offered a pre-recording of this training and was sure to point out that it actually cost more then the webinar did but they were offering this to us as compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. They also stated that if we were not interested in the pre-recording, they were going to be "rescheduling that within next week". I responded to ask if there was an option for a refund, and I never received a response. I reached out several more times to follow-up and still have not received a response. To date, I paid this company for a service that I did not receive. Also, I did not receive any training materials nor have I not received any notice that the webinar has been re-scheduled.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/22/2023

    Hello,

We are really sorry that we could not respond and resolve the customer query in a timely manner. We checked our records and found that the emails the customer sent us was sitting in the spam folder and hence we missed out on replying back to them.

We did however, try to contact the customer by calling him and every time the call went unanswered and there was no voicemail set up on ************ for us to leave a message to the customer.

Now that we're aware of the situation we have gone ahead and processed a full refund to the customer as a goodwill gesture. The credit will reflect in customer's account withing 2 business days.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach us at [email protected] or +1-888-844-8963 if you need anything else.

    Thanks!
