            We hired Lyle to do a yard clean up at our house . Weed beds , edge , debris removal bushes and mulch . It looked ok enough when it was done for us to pay him. Not even 5 days after the clean up was done we noticed a significant amount of weeds and grass coming up through the mulch. After taking some the mulch off the beds i come to find he didn’t clean up anything . Chunks of mud in the beds, no debris cleaned up. Just mulched over everything . Still has full branches from the bushes covered in mulch. We attempted to have him come out and meet with us about a resolution. He got very defensive and basically ignored our requests for a follow up meeting and or a refund.

            **** has horrible customer service and communication. I also do not think he has expertise in lawn care. I paid over $600 for edging and evergreen planting. 2 of the 4 evergreens died. When I told him he could get a replacement for free as they have a warranty, he tried to charge me again to replace, it was only 60 days after he planted. He tried to blame my tenants for not watering, he did not tell them how to care for the plants. I got a copy of the receipt to get new plantings, but Oakland Park nursery said it was his responsibility to bring in dead plants and use the warranty. He refuses to do this. Also, he lives across the street from my property, so at any time he could have talked to my tenants about watering. The plantings face the front of his house across the street. To me this displays very poor customer service.
