      My experience with this company has been horrific. They will lie and make many promises during onboarding. The ** will deny all refunds for leads and impossible to get them to quickly review the refunds. We were getting leads with preexisting conditions even though their "filter" was on. Every conversation with their **** seemed like they were making things up as they went to best serve them. Long phone calls of many excuses and games and it has been over a month of me trying to just get them to look over my refunds that I believe are owed. It seems the account managers job is to ** you, rather than to actually keep you on or help you out. Even when they admitted refunds were owed totaling well over $200 they said they can only credit $200 at a time. This was months ago and I have not received the rest of it. So they are quick to keep your money and charge you, but good luck clawing it back when they don't deliver as advertised. The leads are horrible, many of them don't even want a quote. I even received multiple leads of people saying the ad said free insurance, free gift, etc. and they made me pay for some of those calls which is crazy. I wish I had stayed away, they are probably churning and burning agents as their business model if I had to guess. I cant see how this would be sustainable for any agent and they seem to be just plain lying and scamming people, at least in my experience and all of my my colleagues experiences. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      I have been searching around for Small Business insurance and found this site that would *find the best quote for me.* After entering in all of my credentials it popped up a list of insurance companies with a "get quote" button after each. When clicking on that button it took me to that companies site only to enter in all my credentials again. This is just data/identity mining and selling. They get paid to sell your info. They get paid to link you. They get paid for advertising. They do not help you, they use you. Do not use. Do not trust.

      I was searching for health insurance and before I could finish my search,they were calling. They continue to call after I let them know I didn't need their assistance. They're still calling. I've tried blocking, somehow they call from a different number. PLEASE STOP BEING ANNOYING AND CALLING MY PHONE. FYI,THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!

      The leads are cheap and include all the data needed! These are by far the best leads *** ever purchased and *** purchased from SEVERAL other companies! Www.Smartfinancial.com is where its at 100% Jairus is my account manager and he takes such great care of my account, always in touch and on top of things! I would do 6 stars if I could!

      ************************* will go above and beyond for you as an account manger. ********************** is the only lead vender I have used that I could truly consider as a partnership. Its the first "internet lead" I have used that I didn't feel was a waste of time to work on. **** and Smart Financial have played a significant role in the growth of my agency.

      They keep calling back ( 4 times now) asking to verify the information and then claim no agent is available. This is a scam is some kind. Please do not reach out to this company with your number and details. Red flag.
