            This business committed broker malpractice by writing my HO policy incorrectly. Now they refuse to allow me to correct the underwriting error by claiming they only write policies with the carrier, and they cannot service the policy. The carrier states the broker is the only one who can service the policy. This leaves me with no option to correct my policy and leaves me exposed due to broker negligence in underwriting.

            I was cold contacted by a Matic agent stating they could save me money on my home and auto policies. I agreed and completed the forms and paid my annual premiums with one payment. I received an email stating my ID Cards were ready. However, when I viewed my ID Cards, the cards listed "The Policy is Void". I tried to call Matic several times on Friday, but gave up after being on hold for well over an hour. I emailed the company on Friday, then received a reply email stating they would get back to me within 2 business days. I called again today, but again had to hang up after being on hold for well over an hour again. I do not want to cancel my current auto policy as I cannot show a "Void" insurance card in the event I get pulled over. DO NOT use this company if you ever need to speak to anyone quickly because it just wont happen, at least it has not happened for me. Aside from the rep that cold called me, I have never been able to speak with a live person, or even leave a message for a call back. I hope I can resolve without getting my lawyer involved. However, I have learned my lesson and will never use this company again. I will act as my own broker moving forward. I hope this review helps if anyone is considering using this company.
