  Part 2 ******* and his employee say in his truck 20 minutes I had to work that evening and I went to get lunch for me and *******. He pretends has to use bathroom we never let him in our dog wasnt going to let him in either he does like his vibes ! **** never went to library bathroom for twenty minutes but he had to go so badly???? He lied said he told me he needed ****** for work didnt I tell her that? He told me he needed paint money only because he didnt have money to get supplies!! He never has money or business cards after a year! Didnt know I had his last name and home address he was also hiding!! Something seriously wrong w this man! Hes a scam artist! he had scammed how to get all money before finishing work left 3.5 hours lied was getting more paint and never did! Lied had to go to Lowes and Hone Depot didnt have is a big lie ! I bought that pain I Had from Home Depit Gahanna and 270 Cleveland Store still had it! Lowes is only 10 minutes away! He lied to me in text that he never bought paint. He was scamming to get money to go out of town for thanksgiving to **** for week was supposed to come back in week to finish work never called! Lied to me previously I called T-Mobile was on two w them then he texted me actual bus number that number was T-Mobile business number is not! T-Mobile said is an app he was lying said something wrong w his T-Mobile phone number was anything wrong w ours? His phone was partially off he didnt pay bill so he couldnt forward from app texted only! Two weeks! He stole my half can paint left bought ********** and brush set Lowes lied he didnt know why his friend took but never brought it back refused to pay me! Told my daughter ******* this over this past weekend she called him. He has told numerous lies! Wrote a receipt for work done that another contractor did for us three years ago he never did lied put my name on it and lied he didnt replace electrical bulb outside be neighbhood Rosedale Coordinator put in himself free they have done work for us also!!! Im sick of his tricks and lies because he needs money. Has a cleaning business and moving business. He knows 3.5?hours was doing something else!! He was late three hours getting to our house said he had a major problem to start w that day. Porch is not done!!!! He knew weather calls for rain today and tomorrow and no one home tomorrow for him to come. My daughter told him many times wants receipts he makes up excuses never gave receipt for foundation work not done right he supposed to finish himself my neighbor saw his workers come over in different cars. He doesnt answer app phone when hiding . I want my money for paint and brushes he stole and probably used elsewhere! He hires people work for him does not stay w them on foundation work not finish I found flaws when dried he kept talking about sidewalk replacement we never called him about that didnt need done my grandma rest in peace did when she was living. He hides when he sees my car home because he knows Im going to get on him w my daughter. He refuses to finish foundation after he said he would or give us money back out of ******!!! Im going to call the police on him for theft of my supplies and paint!! I have pictures! ******* has receipts of what I bought!

  **** has excuses for doing work on time never listens to what you tell him. Doesnt always return calls isnt finished w foundation work. Doesnt check work people do for him. Never stays onsite disappeared for three hours said was getting paint and cement didnt want to use mine took my paint never bought paint ***** and ********** does not take three hours. Is annoying to get receipts from. Arrives then leaves. Supposed be back in town this week hasnt finished work. Left plants flowers dirt in recycling bin from foundation never has contractor trash bags. My allergies got worse cleaning his mess he and his workers left from foundation three yard waste bags I had clean out of bin neighbor saw me. He hides doesnt give his last name address left checks in trash can lose pizza and a paint can from foundation work half done not smooth or all filled in has been caught in several lies. My money and my daughter money is tied up in this project needs done stop dragging out . I called ******** hes using apps to call people. Still no business cards after meeting him in ******** last year , not reputable owes me money for my half can paint left a friend son used painting piece I bought. Doesnt want to do whats asked he needs paint porch like I told him and the color owes me for half can paint. Still no estimate on sealing front door cold air is coming inside. He needs do work in a timely manner stop lies and disappearing three hours or more. Then it rained he didnt knock on door called after he left. He took deposit and rest money from my daughter lied i asked why he was still sitting outside in his truck said was waiting for my daughter was gone 3.5 hours . Never has supplies w him when he shows up .

And he doesn't plan on answering your letter or any phone calls. and he's furious with me for contacting you, but he hasn't finished the work. And the work done on the foundation of the house is crappy. And he's holding me up from selling our house for us selling our house and me moving to **********. This is a problem. It's also a problem that I have a disability, I have to use a cane for, has had multiple surgeries, and he knows that. So he is not planning on doing anything, and he has our money. And I'm going to take him to small claims court. I have called the police on him. I want all of that in my file. And I'm not having it. I'm not. He's had plenty of time to get it done. There's been days that it's been 50 degrees, and there's been days it's been 40, 49. He didn't even come yesterday. He's lying. And now he did away with my equipment that he stole and my paint and trying to put it off on his coworker that was with him. And he's the one driving the truck. I'm tired of his lies.   Hello ***** ***** , theres nothing but Scam alerts in my emails. I sent you an email  you never answered. Im not going to deal with a scam artist  **** ***, *** through email only. Thats a Shady business man. Still going forward w COURT . He doesnt answer his phone from my daughter was using an app to call me per TMobile and has been playing too many games. Has not completed any of his work of pictures I sent you. He doesnt watch his crew caused me to go to the doctor w allergies and asthma putting flowers and grass in our recycling bin! He lies stole my paint and supplies I bought left wo knocking on the door . Doesnt show up or call when has scheduled appointments. He cant be trusted . He and his friend ran off w supplies when it started to rain never knocked on the door. After he left driving hung up on my phone and called my daughter w a song and a dance story. There have been many days its been 36 degrees doesnt need to be 40 like he said. He waited until I left never went to the bathroom he swindled money out of my daughter said I said it was okay and that he told me and he hasnt finished work. Hes sneaky tried to repair sidewalk from estimate across the street parking in front of our neighbors house disappeared when my daughter came out on Sunday after he left church refusing to answer his phone. Nothing is wrong w our sidewalk. He makes these movies up in his head. He doesnt listen to what you tell him you need done. Disappeared from worksite for hours for something he should have taken only 30 minutes to an hour. Again, will go to court its the only way to handle a scam artist who takes advantage of women, seniors and those w a physical disability and he continues to be a habitual liar.  Have a blessed day!

You have to call him he plays games. Lies doesnt give receipts or wants to not mail or bring them brings the wrong ones. Has stolen our money ??. Nor has he returned my paint and supplies that I bought. And he charged extra 50 because he said he didnt want to use my paint he gets same paint from same store ********** porch paint hes a scam artist. Doesnt take 4 hours to get paint from Lowes is 10 minutes away and ********** is less than 30 minutes. Jobs could have been completed prior to rain . Always lies has some excuse. HE IS RETALIATING BECAUSE I CANCELED HIM PAINTING THE HOUSE AND WINDOWS. He only has a cleaning women staff. Others are on as needed basis or they resign.
