    They where per contract pickup there dumpster off my property per contract! I’ve called the last two day and they keep telling me it will be picked up.. I called at 730pm and a lady got rude and said she will not service us again…. I laughed and said come get your dumpster… it’s simple!

    This customer received service for months and did not pay their balance. We told them if the past due balance we would work on getting someone out to pick up the dumpster they then paid and the payment returned again I have more information to send including texts and more email correspondence. This company essentially stole service from us for months and made payments knowing they would be returned. The owner sent me threatening emails and cursed at me via text.

    I responded with the incorrect information. I apologize. We were running behind with our dumpster pick up I apologized to the customer and told them I was getting the driver out asap. I then received a 2nd call from this customer as I answered the phone he yelled " TELL ME WHY THERE IS STILL A ******* ******** ** ** ****** ********" I replied sir, I have a driver on the way but given that you are cursing at me we will not offer service to your address again.

    Alpha Waste Services constantly block our mailbox after dumping our trash can & leving our large trash can to block our mailbox. Recently, our MB has been blocked on the following dates: July 29, 2024, August 5th, Sept. 3rd, Sept.9th & October 7th.

    I don't understand why? There is plenty of room out front! My husband has called & complained several times in the past.

    The driver responsible for mistakenly leaving this customers containers at the curb instead of in the grass is no longer associated with out company. We addressed the issue with all of our drivers and throwers to ensure going forward this will no longer be an issue. Per the customers complaint the issue seems to have resolved itself as of 10/04/2024. There shouldn't be any issues going foward.
