    This company is misleading consumers into signing contracts to join a gym that they cant get out of. They do not have the option to cancel easily or without paying them more money than it costs to join. They reel consumers in with a flashy promise then continue to charge your card even when you ask to cancel. They become hard to reach. They try charging your other accounts that they have not been authorized to do so. And try to make you pay even more money to get rid of a service you dont use. It is disgusting business. Consumers most beware of this place.

    ***** signed up April 25th of 2023 and I have attached her signed membership agreement. In this agreement we have our cancelation policy listed including an in person requirement for a signature. I cancelled ***** out for free, waiving her 60 day notice requirement/payment for those 2 months ($120 before tax plus her 2 months that she was past due) & the in person requirement.

    I spoke to ***** for the first time on a Friday afternoon and when she brought her request for cancelation I asked her for the weekend to converse with my boss to see what accommodation we could offer. Since she had not reached out prior or come in studio we had no communication history that could help me in proving a solution. I told ***** there is a cancelation portal on our website as well that has only been active for less than 3 months. The online portal does require you to fulfill your contract/pay your 2 months or if it is within your first 3 days it is free cancelation & a full refund.

    Due to her lack of studio use she was frustrated that she had committed to that monthly billing, but I explained to her that I needed to get approval on any accommodations given and due to it being late in the day on a Friday I asked to follow up with her on Monday. She stated that I could get back to her and by the time I called back and left a voicemail she had already filed the complaint.
