- Booking & PaymentAll entertainment and party rental reservations require a prepayment to secure the booking. Once a reservation is confirmed, the prepayment is considered a booking fee and is non-refundable under all circumstances.No Refunds / No CancellationsAll bookings are non-refundable even if the reservation is canceled, including but not limited to cancellations due to weather conditions, acts of nature, emergencies, or other unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction, as entertainment services and experiences are subjective in nature.Equipment InspectionFor equipment rentals, the renter may inspect the rental items prior to acceptance. Acceptance of the equipment constitutes acknowledgment that the items are in satisfactory condition.Site Requirements & AccessibilityRefunds or cancellations will not be granted if rental items do not fit within the designated event space or if the renter fails to provide proper:Electrical access (within 50 ft)Water access (when required)Clear and safe access to the event siteAny other accommodations necessary for setup and operationIt is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the event site is suitable for the rented items.Permits & PermissionsThe renter is solely responsible for obtaining all required permits, permissions, approvals, or authorizations necessary to operate rented equipment or entertainment at the event location.Responsibility for EquipmentThe renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery or setup until the equipment is returned and retrieved by the company. The renter agrees to return all equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. The renter will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.Acceptance of TermsBy submitting payment and/or accepting delivery or setup of equipment or entertainment services, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined in this contract.
