- Once entertainment or party rentals items are booked, the prepayment is consider a booking fee that is non-refundable. Entertainment quality/sevice is subjective, therefore no refunds on remorse purchases.
Equipment Renters, may inspect the equipment prior to final payment.
Non-Refundable/Non-Cancelable due to weather conditions or unforeseen events. Non-refundable - Non-Cancelable if the item(s) do not fit in space, if the renter fails to supply proper electric access, water access or access to site and/or similar type of issues. Renters responsibility is to obtain all required permits and permissions to operate their rented equipment at their party location.
