**** Brothers Mechanical completed work for my business in June 2024. Invoiced and paid. Another similar company came in for repairs and noticed that job was not completed honestly. Key components were missing, never replaced as stated by ************** In August, ***************** sends another invoice for what he said was unpaid invoice for completed work in June. The work listed was unrelated to the completed invoice. When questioned he became aggressive and then went to my property manager to collect on an unpaid invoice. He was very persistent about the June payment being prompt which is why I also know this August request was not a valid invoice. I was made aware he had personal issues that required money so it seemed very timely that he would need money all of the sudden from me. He did not discuss this invoice with me at any point, the business owner, who had paid the initial invoice. He threatened the landlord that he would place a lien on the property. He is past his timeframe for that but I also cannot afford to fight a court case for an invoice that is less than $3k. I need to maintain a professional relationship with my landlord. He did contact me today for the first time about the invoice in question (11/8) likely after the landlord told him to discuss it with me directly. I insisted I was trying to gain clarity today and not argue, I have not been an active part of the conversation. He did not want to discuss, continued argumentative nature. I explained my confusion about the late invoice and that no business should pay bills without understanding so I'm unsure why that upsets him. He was threatening, personal in nature with name calling, and hung up after stating we would go to court and that he would call the landlord again. He proceeded to text me a link to invoice for the first time. Cease contact. He is extorting money from small business for improper, dishonest work. Most unprofessional person I have met- says a lot!

On or around 4/18/24 we had **** Brothers come inspect our A/C as it was not working properly. The **** Brothers team came out and told us that the bearings on the A/C unit were beyond repair and would require a replacement unit to be installed. We paid for services online on 4/22/24 in full. The unit they took off the building was a 5 ton unit, but they replaced it with a 3 ton unit.We did not know this until it started getting hot and our A/C again wasnt working.I let the company know on 6/26 via phone call that the wrong unit was installed. Since then the owners have responded sporadically saying they would talk or come out but never have. I have sent 8 text messages and numerous calls and am being ignored. We have been without proper A/C in our business for months and cannot get in touch with the company to replace the 3 ton unit with a 5 ton which should have been done at the beginning. We noticed the A/C still wasnt running properly and had the company come back out on.

I sent this company to a property a manage with the owner (DATE). I was quoted $100, they did the service and billed us $1600+. We were happy to pay for this as the issue needed fixed. However, a few weeks later on (DATE), we noticed the ** was not working again. When he spoke with the owner, ******, he told her that he forgot to tell us there was additional needs to fix the issue. Myself and my business partner paid $1600 when we were quoted $100 and the issue was not fixed. We contacted the business owner, *******, to correct the problem and he quoted us much much more and did not come back to fix the issue. We emailed several times asking for clarity without a reply. ******* did text me later telling me he would call me or reply to my email but never did. After months of trying to reach him and find resolution, we respectfully request a refund for services that were billed, not completed, and did not match the quote.
