  My very own opinion:Pathetic, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional. This service is not even close to what youd expect from a professional contractorits the work of an amateur posing as a professional, who relies on ******* tutorials and lacks any semblance of integrity. Here are the lowlights of my experience:1) I was advised to buy the wrong equipment, which not only wasted my money but also caused delays. 2) The contractor lied about prior communications, even though I have documented proof and a witness present in my home. This led to hiring an additional contractor to **** a failed survey and fix the mess he created. 3) He was late every single day of the installation. 4) His knowledge was shockingly limitedhe spent more time on the phone with customer service than actually working, clearly clueless about the product he installed. 5) He lacked transparency from start to finish. 6) He repeatedly lied to cover his mistakes, even after reluctantly admitting to some of them. 7) On top of everything, he refused to respect my request to leave by 5 PM, forcing me to tell him firmly to leave each day. This level of disregard for a clients boundaries is unprofessional and unacceptable.If youre looking for expertise, look elsewhere. This individual markets themselves as a professional but operates with the standards of a DIY novice. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this operation.

  Thomas really went above and beyond on improving my weak wifi network. I called him to just install a new router, thinking that was the solution to my problems. However, he spent a few hours at the property doing a diagnostic of not only the network equipment (the modem/router and where it was located) but all the physical aspects of the building that would contribute to slow wifi speed (router placement, plaster vs drywall walls, etc) to come up with a complete plan. Thomas didn't charge a diagnostic fee for this service. When I asked him to cut some things out from his solution plan to reduce costs, he worked with me on a streamlined plan where we only do the handful of things that would have the biggest impact. After he was done with his installation, he then offered to meet the technician from the internet company (Breezeline) to go through the issues on the ISP's end that would reduce network speed. None of this was in his original proposal, but he saw that there could be additional opportunities to improve the network by meeting with the ISP and he took it upon himself to do so. Highly recommended!!
