Zero Stars. The salon and the people that are employed there (under their e-commerce division) have the worst customer service training and 0 respect for customers. I ordered a product through their site which never arrived. I attempted to reach out to them by calling and emailing & no one ever got back to me. After a few weeks, I filed a credit card dispute. Once that was initiated, I suddenly got a barrage of emails from them w. tracking # and scathing emails that followed, reprimanding me (can you believe that?!). I received and returned my package after being disgusted how this company handled my transaction. The credit card company refunded my money. What followed was even more concerning-they started sending emails threatening to call the cops on me for stealing their package when all the while the package was returned back to sender. Unfortunately, the courier of their choice (USPS) never delivered the package back to them and it somehow got lost on the shipping end, tracking details were in their possession and show this but they never bothered clicking on it or reviewing it. Again a barrage of e-mails from them follows & I spend hours on phone trying to track their package down with USPS. More threatening emails and Venmo requests from them holding me (the customer) responsible for their lack of attention and asking me to pay the full amount for package that was returned. I had to encourage them a few times to file an insurance claim (on their own package) which they reluctantly did. Please be warned that they don't believe in speaking to people on phone, resolving issues or de-escalating situations. Their policy is to bully, incite, threaten, and just overall turn people off. Buy from anyone else other than them.
