    I think this company needs to be investigated and shut down immediately. They are cruel and inhumane to handicap ?? people and I report this company to my insurance company Anthem and filling a grievance w this company I'm appalled Wheels to Go is a company that is allowed to get payment for the insurance companies to provide transportation for the handicap ?? they have violated rights of the handicap ?? and endangered us to many people have been hurt by this company please bbb do something to ?? them now!

    Wells to go also called Sahara transportation. We have had an incident where we already had a company picking up my 81 year old mother for Dialysis wheels to go showed up at the same time as the other company and them to got into an argument cops were called and the cops told Sahara not to come back to my house. We already have a transportation company. I called him. They showed up again. The lady was very rude and she patched me to the owner, which is a foreigner, but that doesn’t matter, but I couldn’t understand he called me several names and hung up. today which is 6/7of 24 they showed up again, no name on a vehicle no business card. I asked the guy who he was driving for, and he said to go. I looked it up on the Internet called the company. It was the same lady that was very rude when I told her who I was and who was supposed to be picking up, and the cop said last time she hung up on me. She called me back about five minutes later after I told the driver to go home he is not taking my mother and cussing. She was being rude again and I told her never come back She hung up on me again. I do not want these people back at my house. The next time I will call the cops.
