    This customer brought the vehicle to us after an accident. We are not a body repair shop. The young lady in question had a boyfriend who was dictating all the terms of the repairs. He did not want everything. It needed to make the vehicle whole. He specifically did not want the airbags replaced, which we told him and advised him that they were A Safety issue, but he said money was tight. Then they left the car here for over a month. Paying no money to get any work done. Then they came up with 2 or 3 little payments. They are still in the rear on the final payment, but we allowed them to take the vehicle out of the kindness of our heart so that they could. Go to work. She then reversed the charges on the previous payments. It is a scam. These 2 are in their early 20s, and we gave them every possible chance to do what would benefit them? But they did not want to do it. I've been in business for over 17 years. You have never seen such deceitful people I'm glad that I never have to work with them again. They are liars, and they are cheats.
