    I took my car to Keith Cheeseman's Service Center on November 6th at 11am to have a shaky wheel repaired. When I arrived, *****, the manager, told me that two of the bands in my tire had blown. I told him to replace them as he saw fit. He then said I might need a new wheel bearing. I said "Okay, just let me know." I trusted him and left my car there and went to work via ***** At 4:37 pm, I called to check on the status of my car as I had not received a call by this time about my car. The receptionist told me I needed new wheel bearings in the back and 4 new tires, and the total would come to $760. I confirmed that the total would be $760, and she confirmed that amount again. The next day, my brother and I arrived to pick up my car. When we arrived, we were told the total was $1,400. My brother and I disputed this due to the phone conversation and at this time ***** came from the back and explained that he had been present when the receptionist called me to confirm the first set of repairs and was present when she called for the second set of repairs. I explained we could call my phone company to confirm incoming and outgoing calls and that the receptionist never called me, I called her therefore he was lying regarding the situation. *****, at this time, left the lobby saying "I don't care who called who". Keith Cheeseman's refused to change the price and held my car until I paid them the amount which was the same day. I would like the funds returned to my person as the price was confirmed twice over the phone. I believe they are doing this to other individuals as I have had a previous discrepancy in price due to the receptionist. During our time outside of view of the receptionist she altered the receipt to include calling me to mention repairs, this was not on the initial receipt when we (my brother and I) saw it and she added it after I told her we were recorded the conversation and stepped outside to speak privately. Cameras are present in lobby with audio.

    Brooklyn ***** brought her car in for shaking ..  Iwalked out and looked at her tires with her and seen the cords out of the tires,i told her she needs to start off with 4 tires..She responded back i trust you do what it takes to fix car  ..

    when balancing the new tires she had hit something hard and bent a will real bad ...so i put the wheels and tires on car to park it to call her and let her know about the bent wheel ..  as soon as i started to drive it to my other lot i heard horriable bearing noise ...  i pulled it back in on rack and checked them the left rear was really loose and the right rear was so loud you couldnt hear your self think goin down the road .... gave my seceratary the estimate and had her call herto let her know about the bearings and wheel bent...i was standing beside her writing up other estimates listening to her explain to her that the tires are done and gave her that price.   then she explained that she needed a new wheel and two rear wheel bearings  at additinal cost of 760 plus tax..  my secertary repeated her self twice and said so you want to do the bearings and wheel also... brooklyn said yes just fiix it all ...nobody in there right mind can think they are getting 4 new tires 2 new wheel bearings and hubs and a new wheel for 760 dollars..   her and brother came in trying to see what we could do to help them which there is nothinhg i should have to do..  so he came back in and said sorry for the misunderstanding any littlle bit will help so i took off the tax off the bill to help them....he was very thankful and said sorry for misunderstanding and everyone was happy
