I took my car in yesterday thinking that I needed brake pads. I ended up leaving my car there to get an overall look of what was wrong with my car , if anything .. it ended up being over $2000 worth of work they said I needed done to be safe driving down the road. I ended up paying $187.99 just for them to look at my car. Turns out I took it to another place and I didnt need any of that stuff done to my car! maybe some brake pads, thats about it. The only thing that was decent about that shop was the person that I had talked to , he was very nice. But turns out he was not truthful. So for a single older lady like me I feel I have been taken advantage of. And from what I heard another woman ( a customer there) said she had brought her car in eight times and its still not fixed right. she was in there complaining also its sad that us women get that kind of treatment. Im sure if I was a man , that wouldnt of happened. . So dont ever take your car there unless you have a lot of money or s as mon to go with you. Go elsewhere !! you people should be ashamed of yourself with your business and it shouldnt be called Buckeye! ??????????????????
