I told them I have bed bugs, asked for a list of what to do to prepare and they told me they could not do that. Each time they came I was told to do something different. 1st attempt with exterminator: too much stuff in house, on 8/14/23 rented a storage unit and moved a lot of things out; 2nd attempt: there were aerosol cans in basement, I removed them; 3rd try: spray Febreeze (non-aerosol) in basement & I removed it; 4th time: told me I need to move couch - done. During this time I had to move into my family's home until mine is exterminated. I have paid my rent and utilities the entire time I was not able to live there. If they would have provided me with a list at the beginning, there would not have been any problems. Now I have a notice to vacate after I have been here a long time and paid my rent. I feel that if they will not provide me a list to prepare properly, it should not be held against me. I asked right up front for preparation information and have complied with each request. I am elderly and moving would be very difficult. P***** finish the job that was requested and I will move back in, and continue to be a good renter.
