    Don’t move here. It may look pretty on the outside, but the nightmare happens when you move here. I wouldn’t even give it one star. The property has major code violations. There is black mold, water problems, unsealed windows that are not installed correctly so moisture comes in every time it rains or snows. When you exercise your legal rights they harass and retaliate. If you want to be ripped off and abused, this is the place for you. Maintenance does ride around in the cart and do nothing. The office staff lies and makes promises that they never intend to keep. The apartments roaches and other pests.

    Don't EVER MOVE HERE they left me without a functioning furnance during the coldest weekend of the year NOW its in the 80's and I have no A/C. They told me its not a priority because their maintenance people are busy DOING WHAT all I see is them riding around in their golf carts doing nothing
