"BUYER BEWARE: over the course of three years, Airtron visited my home in REMOVEDseveral times to address and "fix" numerous issues, but most notably to upgrade and install a two-stage system in my condo after having repeated issues of insane monthly electric bills, lackluster system performance, and persistent maintenance issues with the original, builder-grade unit.The original installation of the new system (to the tune of a five figure number in total) had approximately a dozen issues, from valves and pipes not being capped, the outdoor compressor not being installed up to spec per the instructions from the system company, mis-sizing ducts, and installing new components while leaving original ducts and plenums." ... "Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning has always been a great company to service and install our heating and air conditioning systems. During the Indianapolis excessive heat period, the first week of September 2026 our air conditioner stopped working and the temperature inside our home rose to 90 degrees plus." ... Read full review
