I wouldn't recommend Robert J**** at all. We were having new countertops and sink installed and this is the company that was contracted to do the plumbing. While they were there hooking all the plumbing back up, I was told my garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to leaking. It was only 2 years old but I thought he knew what he was talking about so I let him install a new garbage disposal. That afternoon, it started leaking. A different tech came back and said the ring at the top wasn't installed correctly so he fixed it. The next day, Thursday, my dishwasher started backing up and holding water. I called Robert J**** to come look at it, no one called me back. I then called the next day, Friday, and no one came again. By Saturday, I still had water sitting in my dishwasher. I called again and someone finally called me back and came to fix it. The original tech did not remove the plug from the garbage disposal when he installed it so the dishwasher didn't drain. The tech who fixed this said it was completely the companies fault and he would be talking to them. This happened in February. It is now May and I am just now getting a bill for $230 with "Past Due" stamped in red for the Saturday emergency call listed as the reason. It even states that the reason is for the plug not being removed. While they were there the first time, we asked the tech to look at our toilet, which had a slight leak. He said he could fix it and put a new O ring on. After he left we had a flood on our floor. It took 2 other visits to fix the problem he created. I would never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

I apologize for the mistake and we have dealt with the technician. You should never have received an invoice for work that was our mistake.
