On April 28, 2023, I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from UAE Auto Sales LLC for the total amount of $13,011.93, $7,545.00 was financed, and a cash downpayment of $3,000.00. UAE Auto Sales LLC issued me my first temporary tag when I picked up my vehicle on May 4, 2023, UAE Auto Sales LLC also issued my second temporary tag for June due to the certificate of title was not available at that time. As of July, I still don't have a certificate of title to register my vehicle and to purchase hard license plates. for several days I tried to resolve this issue with UAE Auto Sales LLC via phone and was unsuccessful all attempts. The day before my temporary tag was due to expire, I went to the car lot where I had previously purchased my vehicle to resolve this issue only to learn that UAE Auto Sales LLC had moved their business with no new contact information. Since then, I have continuously tried to contact UAE Auto Sales LLC via phone as well as via email I have yet to receive a response. I have also filed a complaint with The Attorney General of The State of Ohio, as well as contacting the BMV in regard to my temporary tag due to expire. I have been issued a third temporary tag and have been informed that I would have to continue to purchase a temporary tag until this issue is resolved. This issue is an inconvenience, and I don't understand why I don't have a certificate title when I have an Ohio DMV Application for Certificate of Title to a Motor Vehicle as well as an Ohio DMV Power of Attorney that I signed for the assignment of or application of my certificate of Title. This issue has also brought about a great concern that I have as far as making my car payments, because it seems to me that UAE Auto Sales LLC is also Car Financial Services, Inc. which is the financial services that I'm supposed to make monthly payments to on the 28th of every month.
