I purchased a vehicle “2004 BMW M3 Conv. color blue and last 6 of VIN# ******” online on 10/4/21 from Ohio Motor Cars, located at 4927 BrookPark Rd., Parma, OH 44134 1-440-799-4431. The 2004 BMW M3 Conv. was delivered to my address at **** ***** ****** ** *** ****** ** ***** with C.O.D. on the 10/15/21. I paid a down payment on 10/4/21 in the amount of $4,000.00 to Ohio Motor Cars, I received a text that included the Bill Of Sale ONLY from Ohio Motor Cars “Mike”. Mike indicated that he will be mailing me all the original paperwork that included: Bill of Sale, Title, Contracts, the info on the financial company and no sold as Is. Mike mailed me out the Bill of Sale to sign and I got it on the 10/7/21, mailed it back out on 10/8/21. I caught COVID on 10/22/21 at this point I still had not gotten any paperwork that contained the financial company, Bill of Sale, Contracts nor Sold As Is. I was notified on the 11/21/21 from Ohio Motor Cars that I missed my 1st payment to the ******** ********* and that they’re repos my vehicle “04 BMW M3 and I then indicated that I never received any info that would tell me when my payment was due. I made the payment to ******** ********* on 11/22/21 in the amount of $267.03. I got a call from the dealership on 11/29/21 threating me that the police were going to come after me because at this point the car is listed as stolen. I’m sure what type of scam this running…. but it’s not adding up. I even went to a law firm, and they wanted to know at this point why is the dealership involved and why didn’t receive any paperwork. I did recieve the email from ******** on 11/29/21 stating welcome to the ******** family. So, the law firm attempted to call the dealership for me to see what the issue was; but it went NO WHERE with Ohio Motor Cars. How would I know, when and where I need to make my payment if I do not have the proper information about the purchase of this vehicle “04 BMW M3 Conv.” I’m so very confused
