            I took my vehicle to Idrive Motors. It was determined the engine was bad. I had a warranty which paid for the engine, labor and fluids in the amount of 1399.50. The facility hired another mechanic and charged an additional 1300.00 for outrageous fees that were already covered. The new mechanic never sent an invoice and the company never said someone else would be doing the work. The amount was paid. The car has to be returned the Monday after Xmas as lights were on and needed to be reset. Over the weekend the check engine light came on and the car was towed back to them on Monday. The mechanic called and said it was the spark plugs and they it would be an additional cost or I would need to get the car. They replaced the engine and put old spark plugs back into the car! The job is not complete as the car is not driveable. I want my money back and my car repaired correctly. Hunter works for Idrive Motors he did the additional work on the car which so far is not in question Jeremy is the hired mechanic Idrive Motors hired for the job

            they are the worst car dealership i have ever dealt with they sold me a 2013 mercedes sl 550 with 26000 miles on it claiming that there were no issues with the brakes or tires okay lets start with the tires the rear tire blew out on me while i was driving and i almost ran off the road so i called a tow truck to pick up the car since there was no spare tire and the other tire torn apart so when i had the tire replaced i found out that the 2 rear rims were cracked and the tires were manufactured in 2013 and they sold the car with these tires on it also i had to replace the battery which went dead on me several times and the battery was also from 2013 so i am warning everyone to stay away from this dealership
