- Additional Info:On October 25, 2024, Domino Brokerage came to the attention of BBB when a consumer in Virginia filed a complaint against the business. BBB has since also received complaints from consumers in North Carolina, Michigan, and California The consumers report contacting Domino Brokerage after seeing posts for vintage vehicles. Domino Brokerage ceased responding and failed to deliver the vehicles after payments were wired to Domino Brokerage.
On November 1, 2024, BBB sent an email regarding the complaints and it was returned. BBB also attempted to contact Domino Brokerage by calling 216-772-0289. BBB was able to leave a message and has not heard back from the business. On November 14, 2024, BBB confirmed by returned mail that the address listed on Domino Brokerage's website is vacant. BBB has been unable to confirm the current whereabouts of this business. BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.
