  A&J Tree Service always does a excellent job. I pick them because they don't need heavy machinery and thier pricing is the best around. Mike can climb and cut down the trees himself without machinery. Other companies have told me thier machinery could crack our sidewalk. I have had 7 very large trees cut down over the years by A & J Tree Service. Nothing ever gets damaged on my property and the trees are cut down fast. I highly recommend this company. Mike always keeps his original estimate what it is. He is very professional.

  On September 7, 2023 I met with Micheal Condon ( owner & operator of A & J Tree Services ) for an estimate on trees on my property that may need trimming . After Mr. Condon and I did a walk around of the property ( checking the trees ) , Mr. Condon gave me a written estimate of the description of work to be done. On this " Invoice / Contract " the dates of the work to take place are written November 1, 2, 3 of 2023. The estimated amount of the work is stated as $ 7,200.00. I told Mr.Condon that I can't afford that amount of money. We negotiated back and forth and arrived at a total amount of $ 6,200.00 ( cash only -- no checks ). We shook hands to seal the deal. My wife signed and dated the contract along with Michael Condon's Authorized Signature. We received a copy.
  November 1, 2, & 3 came and went . On November 7 I called Mr. Condon to enquire about the work that was to be done. He said he was very busy and rescheduled my job for November 20, 21, & 22.
  At approximately 10:30 on November 20 Mr. Condon called me and stated he wouldn't do the job for the agreed amount of $ 6,200.00. He insisted that I pay the $ 7,200.00 . I told him that I'll meet him half way ( $ 6,700.00 ) but he said no, $ 7,200.00 or nothing..
