I had a terrible experience at this company as I was attempting to get my fingerprints done. I hate to think I was racially profiled as an African American woman but I can't understand why or how else this could happen to me. I walked in on the afternoon of November 30th, 2021 at the same time as a Caucasian woman, at 1:10pm. Once we were addressed, we told the two Caucasian workers that we were there to get our fingerprints taken and my appt was at 1:10pm and the other woman said she was a bit early her appt was at 1:20pm. They took her information first and they took her back to complete her prints. I sat in the lobby for 12-15 mins and was finally brought back. I expressed to the two female workers that I was displeased with how they took the later appt ahead of mine and made me wait until what was her appt time. Neither of them apologized or even acknowledged what I was saying. Both just responded rudely with, "you can go ahead and face the computer so we can get started". Again, I said I'm sorry Im trying to tell you that how this situation was handled was not good. They wouldn't even look in my direction. They were completely disregarding what had happened and they didn't have any respect for my experience or complaint at all. I ended up taking my paperwork and going to get my fingerprints done elsewhere. This was very disheartening to me, a waste if time and resources and extremely offensive. I had to share this because I along with every other person deserve better treatment and respect than what these women showed me. They are not fit to service the public and should be reprimanded at minimum and removed from their positions. It is not suitable to mistreat customers and fail to acknowledge their discomfort at a place of business that we are supporting.
