            Called and “Michelle” answered and hung up on my 2 times, but then answered and listened to my issue with my father in critical condition then said i had to pay to have a will or power of attorney done with consultation but if he was in the hospital what was the other plan? She then said I have to pay for it and the main lawyer is not in, and i said well for a 5 star place I would hate to put in a bad review for my experience, and she said “I get good reviews”, then she hung up AGAIN on me, while I have a father who is not doing good at all, and this is the LAST attempt to try to do business here. PLEASE DONT CALL THIS COMPANY if you’re looking for a will or POA for anyone, hard to say with their good reviews but maybe I just got a bad employee but at the same time it has put a bad taste in my mouth being hung up on 3 times just trying to figure out a path to help my dad get this done while being in the hospital.
