    Applied for property tax appraisal due on 30th of August bit, company has not produced the report. I've went by the office but, as of this date received no satisfaction.

    Hello,

    This report was turned in after seeing this response and we moved it up.  It was not late and can still be used for the tax appeal.  Please remove any negative implications from the history.  We are in good standing with this customer.  We generally try to get to these sooner but the requests for services have been overwhelming in this county for this tax appeal foir this season.

    On May 22, 2024 I contacted the company Fast Appraisals by phone and scheduled a real estate appraisal of my home. This appraisal was for property tax purposes. The appraisal date was scheduled for May 29, 2024 at 10am. On May 24, 2024 I was contacted by Fast Appraisals for more information as to exactly what type appraisal I needed and to confirm the appraisal date. My credit card was charged for $400.00 on May 24. The appraiser arrived at my home on May 24 at 10am. He looked at the entire home and garage and was there about an hour. Upon leaving he told me that it would be 3-5 days for the appraisal to be completed. On June 10 I had not yet received the completed appraisal in the mail. I called the company on June 10, 11am and was told the appraiser had the appraisal with him personally because he was finishing it up over the weekend. The spokesperson said he would call me later that day when the appraiser came in to the office and he would give me an update on the status of the appraisal. I didn’t receive a call on June 10. On June 11, 3pm after still not hearing from Fast Appraisals, I called the company. I talked to a different person and was told that my appraisal would be finished that day and would be mailed to me. On June 19 I still did not have my appraisal yet. I called Fast Appraisals again on June 19, 3pm and talked to a person, Nick. I was told that the appraiser was finishing up the appraisal. I explained to Nick that I was told this same thing a couple of times. He told me he would call later that day to confirm it was finished. He called me on June 19, 5pm and said the appraisal was done and had been mailed to me. It is now June 27, 10am and the mailman has delivered already. I still have not received my appraisal for my home.

    Hello,

    Most of the information is accurate in this regarding the process.  This was for a property tax complaint of which we were well within any deadline for submission.  We had commincated directly with this customer to let him know the status of the report througout the way and were informed this was not timely.  So, we had other customers that had more timely reports to get out and combined with some final phase delays and a returned e mail it was behind our typical turn time.    We have thousands of happy customers, provide good quality service and have been in busines for 25 years.    A credit was issued to this customer and the report sent on or prior to the date of this complaint.   Im sure the customer will be able to use thjis report for their intended purpose without any issues.
