    I scheduled to see a property they had listed on their website, one of the agents sent out a text to confirm that I would be coming to see the property and 1 hour before I was scheduled to see it, the my scheduled tour was canceled. They emailed me to reschedule it so I did and it was canceled again because they said the house was taken off market, meaning they rented it out. This was December 16th, I go on the website today, December 19th and the property is still on the website, available to rent. The agents name is ***** *********** Very unprofessional.

    This business took over a home 2 years ago that a new owner purchased from Western Reserve Properties. My first rent increase was $200 a month making the house $1000. I have been in the home almost 10 years. I had 2 increases in rent maybe totaling $50 over time. Now my November rent went to $1100 without notifying me that I was placed on month to month. Thankfully I received a letter today telling me I am now with another company. The homeowners were tired of the way the company was managing their homes. Please never rent anything with this company. They will rip you off

    I hired Cleveland Property Management Company to handle my rentals properties. I also hired them to do repairs to my properties. I hired them to do several repairs. I ended up finding out they did not do these repairs. Yet I paid them.
    I was in contacted with Erika Surrat. She herself has admitted a refund needed to be sent back to my business since I have the proof these jobs were not done . I also have her emails saying they will refund me the money but she is ignoring my emails and my calls.
    I have reported this company to the collection agency and they are ignoring them as well and that is why I am writing a review about this company.
    This company is QUIETLY stealing from owners/ customers and not paying them back. I know these is true because it has happened to me and by accident I caught their little secretly scam they are doing.
    Thank goodness we have sites like this to warn people to NOT use this company.
    Unless yo want to go though what I went through.

    On Friday, August 19, 2022, I received a letter stuck in the door of my apartment, as did 49 other residents in Shaker Heights, that CPMG was now the management of our 2-building complex. Today, Monday, August 22, 2022 I went to retrieve my delivered package at 10 a.m. and found the main front entrance door wide open to the streets. I took a picture and forwarded to them. They claimed they never received my request for a work order and that they did not receive my picture of the entrance door wide open to the street creating no security to the building.
    Lousy communication skills on the telephone and lack follow through on maintenance in their management of this new property of about a couple of weeks.
