    My husband and I have never been so upset, disrespected and humiliated in our lives. My order was made wrong because my pizza was not stuffed crust cheese,sticks were burnt and they forgot my 2 L. I called in and spoke with Kellie who told me she was not going to remake my pizza. I told her well are you at least going to bring my 2 L back I told her that I disagreed and that I could show her the snapshot of my order. She became very upset and Started talking to me like I was garbage I told her I was not gonna put up with it and that I would wait for my 2 liter. While we were waiting 10 minutes later the male that was working who said he was the manager above Kelly called me back. Now that I think about it he called back to aggravate the situation. He started yelling at me telling me he did nothing wrong I told him that I wanted my cheese sticks remade and that I did not get my 2 L and that my pizza was wrong. He told me he would not remake the pizza and he started calling me names. Why don’t you change your name to “karen.” He was insulting me. He told me he was not remaking my order and then he said he was going to refund it so that I could not get my 2 L. I told him he better not refund because we didn’t have anything to drink and that the food was for my kids. He said too late it’s already done he would not give me a name. I’ve never been talked to like this in 33 years of coming to Papa John’s I’ve been a customer since 1990. I started telling him that and that’s what made him angry he told me I was not his mother. I have all of this recorded and I do not appreciate the way we were treated tonight. I will never Again place an order with this organization if this is how you treat your customers. I want that guy fired or I will never go to another Papa John’s again. I deserve an extreme apology. I told them they cannot just keep my money and that I would send the police up there. How am I gonna order something and not get it? And not get a refund?
