    I noted that, per sign, due to today's Cleveland Browns home game, I'd have to remove my car from lot by 4 PM to avoid paying the event parking rate. I pushed machine button & inserted my card as I do every other day. I learned from my receipt that I was charged $50, which is equivalent to what I pay for two business WEEKS of parking. I will leave lot by 4 PM as per their sign. I'm requesting from Metro Parking a refund of $45 of the $50 I paid, since the all day rate is $5.

    Resolution Status: Lot attendant told me to call posted phone number for resolution (the phone number also provided at their website, metroparkingsystems.com). I called the number multiple times, but nobody answered and there was not option to leave a voicemail. The phone just stopped ringing and the call disconnected. I tried to reach out multiple times via the website contact form, but received a "Server Error" alert indicating, "404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." To summarize, Metro Parking has not tried to resolve the problem, and has made themselves unavailable.
