    I ordered a product and I was scammed. I never received the product ordered and the company gave me the runaround.

    I ordered a lawn mower they took the money out of my account they could not give me a confirmation number nor can I get a hold of anybody because there's no phone number to get a hold of them when I try to get a hold of customer service on their email and just gives me the runarounds there's no getting a hold of anybody on there.

    On August 20th I purchased a golf pull cart online from Shopdd. I paid $49.58. The item has not been delivered, and the company has discontinued communicating with me.

    I ordered a bass mail box on 6-8-23 from this site on 6-20-23 I received a email from [email protected] that stated expect delivery in 6-8 days my tracking number was ************* through Global post order number ****** then I was emailed that I order had been delivered and I have a security camera on my drive way and no delivery was made. I asked them for the US delivery service that reported it delivered and then they said they would send me a refund after I told them a refund was not acceptable that I wanted what I ordered, they asked that I don’t report this to the bank but I had already closed the card with the back, I wanted the name of the delivery service that reported it to be delivered they refused to provide me that information and said they would send me a refund, this site is a scam and needs to be shut down!!!

    I placed and order from this firm on 2/4/2023 and paid them $97 on my credit card. Todate I have not received my goods. Numerous emails have been returned as undeliverable. I have been scammed.

    I ordered a dress from TB Dress back in Jan. for a Gala that was in Feb. I paid the express shipping for the dress to get to me in 12 days. I gave myself an extra two weeks for the dress in case I needed to fix anything. I emailed them twice before today and five times on their site asking about the dress. When I returned from the Gala, I was told that the dress was delivered 20 days pass when I contacted the shipping company. The dress never got to me, and I am always home (working from home). During the Gala, my teenage children were home and stated that nothing had come. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a dress from them, and it either arrived late or, like now, never showed up.
    I tell a lot of military spouses to go to this site for ball gowns and other formal needs. I love this store and really hate that this is happening. But, for this being the 2nd time... enough is enough! Being stationed overseas and trying to find a good quality dress for formal events is hard. I don't believe that when a store, either online or face-to-face, should treat anyone this way.

    I placed an order to the now infamous TBDRESS. I received the confirmation email for my order then a shipping notification that it had been shipped. After tracking the shipment all over hell and back, it disappeared. I contacted tbdress asking where my order was. I never received a reply, they NEVER answer the phone and now it miraculously says, item has been delivered. I live in a rural homestead with no other house around at the end of a long drive. No one stole it, I live alone so, no one else took delivery. The item was never shipped, I'm not sure the item ever existed. It's been over two months. It's not coming and it probably never was.....DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
