            I chose an SCO gas supplier from the Ohio gov web site which was Ohio Natural Gas. The first things I looked for on the site are, Fixed Rate, NO Early Termination Fee. They did NOT have either one. I called and enrolled and asked about the if there was an Early Termination Fee just to make sure and was told NO. I would NEVER accept one that had either of these. In May of this year I selected a cheaper rate 6months after selected OHIO Natural Gas. On 6/21/23 I received a letter from ONG telling me they were charging me $237.50 ETFee. I called them and explain I had not selected a plan with an ETFee! They said they would have to expedite this to their Corp. Office. With them requesting payment by 6/29/23, they will not receive OR I feel will not respond in time. I do NOT owe them this. IF they do not waive this, I would think this would be a form of false advertising.

            ZERO STARS. There are no online payment options. When you pull up the website, there is no usable information except how to pay them, so if you're having my problem, forget it. The bills must be mailed to an address in Pacific Time Zone but their billing department appears to operate on Eastern Time; I am not sure because no one has answered the phone unless I connect to someone for establishing new service. When I go back online to raise a question, I am prompted to answer an anti-spam "question" - the field is blank and there is no question so I cannot submit any communication. Essentially, if you charge me for a service, I expect that I should be able to get in touch with someone during regular business hours, either in my time zone or in the one for which you've outsourced billing. Maybe you should pay a real person to cash the checks instead of having us send payments to the other side of the country. We have had nothing but problems and no answers, just bills. Either Ohio Gas is a scam or the company they use for billing is, which makes Ohio Gas a scam by proxy. Fix it. We deserve better than money paid for nothing.
