I just want to thank Helping Hand Moving Services for promising me 4 movers and an 18 foot truck, and showing up with two scrawny teenage looking boys and a girl that all looked like they couldn’t lift each other, let alone my furniture. The truck they promised me didn’t show up with the “movers”, so they called their boss (then mocked me to her, not knowing I could hear them) who decided to tell me they never rent a truck despite the very personal phone call I had with she and her husband. (We won’t even go into the amount of overly personal information given to me that was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially for an initial conversation.) After one of these clowns finished up air boxing in my driveway, they walked right into my house and literally told me “We won’t be moving you, have a great day.” and immediately walked out still on the phone, leaving me high and dry while half of my things are at my new destination, having moved all boxes myself to help -them- out. So much for honesty or courtesy. The least they could have done was be mediocre at minimum and they couldn’t even do that. Oh, the best part was them refusing to take any of my calls to ask what had happened. The customer service was not there at all, nor was any kind of resolution even offered for a situation that they refuse to be accountable for. Seriously unprofessional, use literally anyone, anyone else. Absolutely zero stars.
