    I appreciate how **** handled a difficult customer interaction with patience and empathy. Most of all, **** was prompt, knowledgeable, and direct in explaining the product line. As a person with a chronic condition, **** *losed me instantly and retained a customer who will return.

    I just waiting take a quick second to express my gratitude for Annette for her professionalism and her patience. Annette provided great.     Five stars! Josue was incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was able to quickly and seamlessly help me order a test.     Yesterday I was in ******* on Lilly rd. in Olympia Wa and had to deal with a very unpleasant person at the front desk. Maybe because it was 4:55pm and she wanted to leave the place asap, but that was poor excuse.
    Anyhow, today I got to talk with Josue and with his friendly, kind, respectful and pleasant attitude, he got to put my unpleasant experience of yesterday into non-existence.
