She listened carefully to what I needed, walked me through every step, and made sure I fully understood my options. What stood out the most was how she followed through on everythingshe didnt just answer my questions and disappear. She checked in, confirmed information, and made sure everything was completed correctly.Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Its rare to find someone so patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. Because of REMOVED, I feel confident using Request A Test again in the future, and I highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance.

5 starsIm in college and I needed a self ordered TB test. I tried doing it by myself online even though it was my first time. So out of frustration I call and I got an answer right away no machine , no call backs because of high volume calls. And the agent that answers was so respectful hear voice was so calm she stated her name REMOVED. And she go right into helping me. I was already at REMOVEDwaiting there was so much noise in the back ground she patiently waited for me to walk away from the noise and continue to assist me with a calm tone of voice. REMOVED, a customer service REMOVEDwith the company, literally saved a bout from being cancelled due to his efforts.
