Purchased Navage May 9th at ****** use twice a day and worked great .
I clean it way it says never get bottom wet .
After 2 plus months went to change batteries and noticed one battery leaked .
Cleaned up same thing happened 2 months later . After that checked every w 4 weeks and noticed every time had battery leaked. Same thing happened today .
Like I said I clean as directed , and never get bottom wet , dry it good and have the rack to set in .
When I pull bottom plate off in side never damp .
Disappointed in it works good . Only issue is should battery compartment in different place .
Only use Navage pods , always tighten battery plate tight .
    Any suggestions ??
Love it works but aggravated with battery issues . ******* ********* My wife has one also has had 2 years never an issue

    TERRIBLE COMPANY!
I am NOT and never will be a customer of Navage.
They got my email mixed up with one of their customers and have never apologized.
They keep sending me unwanted emails even though I keep requesting that these emails are unwanted and to STOP sending.

I've been using a Navage unit for over three years. Over that time, I've had issues with the battery area corriding or the door for the salt capsule not locking. Navage has replaced the unit quite a few times, until yesterday 3/19/2024. They said they replaced it too many times and wouldn't do it again. I took very good care of the unit; rinsed and dried it before and after use and cleaned it thoroughly weekly. Again, after three months the battery area corroded.
Each time I received a replacement unit, I returned the defective unit for their analysis. They NEVER responded with any suggestion how to resolve the ongoing issues.
Per my phone call yesterday, I was told not to store it in the bathroom as steam from the shower made it corrode. This was the first time I was told this.
This was a very disappointing discussion with their customer service person. I since had no choice but to discard the unit.
In addition, being a subscriber for the salt pods, the system is supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

RhinoSystems has replaced seven devices for Mr. ****** with no questions asked, at no charge since 6/21/2021. Mr. ****** is requesting a free device every 3-5 months. Our devices are made to last up to 100,000 irrigations. With *** ****** damaging these devices so frequently, it shows a pattern of customer abuse, which voids any warranty.

I believe I took exceptional care of the unit; I thoroughly dried the unit with a towel after rinsing and cleaning it and always left the bottom part on as to not get water in the battery area. When I sent back the units when they no longer worked, if there was something I was doing wrong, it was incumbent for someone at Navage to contact me with advice as to how to mitigate the issues. When I spoke to a supervisor, last week I was told, for the first time ever, that I shouldn't keep it in the bathroom as steam can seep into the battery area. If this is indeed the recommended process, it should be on their website and someone way before last week should have informed me of that. If anything, it may be a design flaw as there's go gasket between the battery door and battery compartment to stop moisture from entering the unit.

Thing is garbage. Brand new battery and it was didn't work. Paid $100.00 for it and felt like I got screwed. Wound up throwing it away in the garbage. Bought a competitors product and got the desired result at one tenth of the price. Your navage is a big joke.

All of our devices come with a one-year warranty. RhinoSystems has no record of ***** *** **** contacting us to advise us of any issues. RhinoSystems customer service agents would have troubleshooted with *****, and if that did not work and he was within his warranty, we would have gladly replaced the device for him. The issue that ***** has described could have been fixed in less than five minutes had he contacted RhinoSystems.

I have been suffering from a Rhinosystems Inc. "Navage" product injury since January 2022. There are other "MAUDE Adverse Event Reports" on FDA.gov as well regarding Navage injuries.
In December of 2021, I purchased a Navage Sinus Irrigation System from Amazon.com.
It worked great at first, but after a few uses in early January, I felt a severe sharp pain run through my right sinus cavity, down past my ear, into my jaw, under my gums and bottom tooth. The pain became worse each day. I have not been able to chew on my right side ever since.
I also suffer from what I assume is nerve pain on the side of my face, which has disrupted my sleep. Most days I am in tears and have to use ice packs.
My dentist determined the tooth at the point of injury was badly cracked. I had to have the tooth pulled in that area affected by the injury, and still have trouble chewing.
I immediately returned the product to Amazon and left a review to warn others. I called Navage. I spoke with one of the owners to see if they would offer some sort of compensation for medical bills, but instead she laughed at my situation, and was quite cruel. I then asked if they could add a warning label advising customers with nasal polyps not to use the product. Again, I was met with hostility. They said that their staff ENT would be in touch with me, which eventually happened. But he refused to admit the Navage was at fault and said that I must have had a cracked tooth all along. It is important to note that I never had any dental issues my entire life prior to this, and the cracked tooth was at the exact location above the gum where the shooting pain and pressure came to a head when using Navage.
This is a dangerous product in my experience, and I am not the only one. And the way they treated me was horrible. I highly recommend not using Navage.

    Dear ********,
I apologize you had this experience. We have spoken with you back in January of 2021. I'm sorry that you didn't appreciate the outcome of speaking with our Medical Director who is the former Head of the Section of Nasal and Sinus Disorders at the ********* ****** and past president of the ******** ********** *******. He has been recognized as one of Best Doctors In America for the past 30 years. We noticed you have received a full refund for the Nose Cleaner. If you'd like to speak with us further you can contact us.

No, I spoke with ***** ****, one of the owners of Navage, during the summer of 2022 after my symptoms had yet to improve. The injury occured in January 2022. I suggested to her that you add a warning label to the product that it should not be used by people with nasal polyps or severe sinus congestion, and she laughed at me.
She said no one else had been injured by Navage, which I found out later was not true when I checked with the FDA. She had zero empathy for the pain I was in, and was extremely cruel. I got off the phone in tears.
Yes, I did hear from the Medical Director. Although he may have been recognized as a "Best Doctor", he repeatedly denied that Navage could be the cause of the injury I experienced, and claimed that I must have already had a cracked tooth, which he said coincidentally caused all of my other painful nerve symptoms running from my sinuses, down my ear, and into my gum.
He told me that I was the first to report an injury. Just like my experience with Ms. ****, I did not know at the time that other people had indeed reported injuries, similar to mine, to the FDA. So either he did not know that other people had been injured as well, or he was lying to me. Please take the time to show him the FDA MAUDE Adverse Event reports, although I have a feeling he is already aware.
Yes, I received a refund from ****** when I took it upon myself to return it immediately and leave a negative review.
What would speaking further do? I already did that on two occasions, got nowhere, was left feeling dismayed and unheard, and am still to this day suffering from the damage your product caused me.
What have you done to provide assistance to the injured consumers?
This is a dangerous, unsafe product, and should not be used.
