            I received a collection Notice from ** ***. It's for the amount of $234.97 charged by Clinic Med Svcs LLC. The account number is **********. I assume for my daughters MRI. I never received a bill/statment for this charge and will not pay this until I do. I've tried calling the 8667441451 number for weeks now and no answer. Just a recording saying I can pay my bill. ** *** was no help so I looked here and imagine my surpise, Clinic Med Svcs LLC has a F rating w/ multiple complaints for the exact same thing. Send me an itemized bill and I will settle my account.

            I received a collection notice from ** ******** ******* dated 27-Dec-2021 for $363.58 for services by Clinic Medical Services LLC on 7/20/2021. I was shocked because I have NEVER received a bill, email, or any type of communication from this business that I owed money prior to this debt collection notice. When I called them, they claimed that they sent me 3 bills earlier and that's completely false as I have lived at my current address for many years and never had such an issue with mails. Did they call? NO! It's shameful that this has occurred with other patients as well.

            Confirmed that the patient received three Cleveland Clinic statements with those validated charges on them (address verified). A tele-collect call was placed as well. We are sorry you missed these statements but I wanted to make sure procedure was followed before commenting.

            Confirmed with who? With Unites States Postal Service? Would they be delivering to the wrong address 3 times in a row? I never received any of your bills and I've been living at my current address for 12+ yrs, never had such a case where I missed all 3 mails! A tele-collect call? You were calling from the jail? What the heck is that? Which number did you call? Did I accept your collect call? Did you leave a message? I don't think so. Additionally, I called Cleveland Clinic multiple times on this - your bills never come thru MyChart, which is what Cleveland Clinic uses for billing! Complete set of lies!
