    OLA falsely advertised a product. I won the bid, received the product and it's not the correct product. I requested a refund but OLA refuses to refund without receiving the product. I'm no longer in Cleveland, Ohio, stationed in Colorado for 3 months.
    Buyers beware of OLA, this company lies about the product they sell, just to get money from consumers.

    They will do anything they can to cheat you out of your money and time. They sell broken products listed as “new.” Make you choose a time slot to pick up your products that does not fit your schedule, forcing you to give up the products you paid for

    I recently purchased a monitor that was listed as open box: like new. This meaning that the monitor would be expected to be in working condition. Upon picking it up the screen was cracked and did not work. In the listing picture this was hidden from the buyer and the description was misleading which lead me to get scammed. Would not recommend purchasing anything unless you can verify it actually works.

    I tried the auction service in the hopes of finding a good deal. I bought four items; a cast iron griddle, a pet vacuum cleaner, shelves, and a bamboo curtain. Out of the four, only one matched the pictures in the auction and worked. The vacuum did not turn on and was very used; I knew the item being broken might be a possibility but not it being used. The griddle was not cast iron but aluminum covered in very scratched Teflon and grease; it did not match the pictures and was used. The shelves were a plank of 1x4 and did not even come close to matching the pictures in dimensions. One wrong item is fine, it happens; three out of four are not. None of their locations are near me so driving there to return several used items is just not viable. I find myself sorely disappointed with the experience and I would not recommend anyone do business through this app.

    Hello! As our BBB responses, google reviews, and emails with this customer, we are happy to make situations like this one right. We have requested more information from this customer upon his initial email, and have not heard back. We are happy to offer returns when possible, or partial refunds when items are listed poorly. However, we cannot do this without proper communication with the customer. We hope we can help sometime soon, as this same customer service is extended to any customer that may find themselves in a situation where they are disappointed with their items.

    I purchased a openbox ******
    With the description that stated open box condition good
    Plugged it in nothing
    Water resivior was cracked
    Called ******* to trouble shoot
    Found out the ****** was out of warranty
    Some hillbilly used this ******
    And returned a malfunctiong ****** which I purchased for 87.00

    I know I have no recourse in this situation but if I can warn someone else with my experience maybe I can stop someone from making the same mistake I did

    Hello! Stating there is no recourse is simply false to her situation and poorly represents our customer service. She was clearly told that we would be happy to assist her with a refund. Once she provided more information, she was issued a confirmation to return the faulty item and given a choice in her compensation. Within 24 hours of her original email to us, this situation was completely resolved. She had initially contacted us at 730pm. which is outside office and warehouse hours. As soon as we reopened, someone was kind and prompt to respond to her complaint. Full evidence of her receipt and email thread can be provided if needed. OLA never wants customers stuck with items that were not listed poorly. In fact, we have dedicated support team to handle issues like these, and they have handled this issue with quickness, kindness, and customer service. Thank you!

    There is a hefty premium on items you win...
    Items are misrepresented, missing accessories and parts but advertised in good open box condition.
    After you win you need to collect your item at warehouse where you will end up waiting in never ending line to get your item... that is if they find it. Have lost 1 in 5 for me thus far...
    Not existent customer support
    No way to return items...
    I recommend to stay away.

    We never aim to deceive our bidders, so we ensure to disclose our auction premium and fees immediately when signing up. (Please see that it is mentioned first in our terms, and bolded). Secondly, OLA has 5 main condition notations that are used to describe our items and the possibility of missing parts, damage, defects, etc. “Open Box, Good” items specifically are noted as “These items come from a multitude of circumstances, shelf pulls, overstock, used returns, etc. Because of this, “Open Box, Good” items may have visible issues of varying degrees. An “Open Box, Good” item could be incomplete and has not been tested for functionality.” Bidding on an Open Box, Good item is bidding on an item with protentional parts missing. (Please see all 5 definitions outlined in our terms for our bidder’s reference before creating an account, and available at any point during bidding).     As for customer support, we have an online support team dedicated to helping customers. Their contact information can be found on our app and online. They can be reached via phone M-F 9-5pm; and Saturdays 10-1pm. Additionally, they can be emailed at any point and have a maximum response time of 24 hours. We have checked and have not received any emails from [email protected], and have been unable to offer assistance as our team was not made aware of these grievances.
