This place is unbelievable, truly. I spoke to Erin over a month ago about setting up payments to get my license reinstated. They’re set up, paid the $2500 down payment fee. Was told to “give it a couple of weeks to update on the BMV system” and then I could pay my reinstatement fee, get my SR 22 set up and be able to drive while making the payments. Literally a LIE. I just came back from deployment and tried to come onto base and received a violation because there was NO paperwork submitted by this firm stating anything like that. I’ve been trying to get in contact for 3 weeks and no return calls, NOTHING. Bill collectors masquerading as lawyers in order to make money off of the poorest and must vulnerable populations. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are talking about changing the law to prevent BMVs from suspending licenses over the inability to pay fees and court judgements. If that happens, Keis George will lose one of their only weapons to victimize people in order to make money. Just remember, the people who work in this office are bigger losers than any of you people who are forced to pay them money. Their sole purpose is to collect money for large corporations. Rude! Everyone I've spoke to there is very rude and not very helpful. I've been paying off an account there for 3 or 4 years. I mailed my last payment in a little late so I called and left a message on the receptionist voicemail. No ok ne called me back, my check cleared a few days later. All is well right? Wrong! I got a letter the next day saying they suspended my license for non payment. She can't fix it for 10 business days because I mailed a personal check? Shannon was just horrible. And then they want you to call and talk with recovery supervisors if your upset and they are just as rude if not worse! This business is just awful!, they’re , they also lied about payment plan without my lawyer consent and just suspended my license, without a settlement
