      I received a summons that I was being sued by Javitch Block, I have been trying to reach them for over a week to negotiate a payment plan, leaving multiple messages and sitting on hold with no one ever answering my call. I only have 20 days to respond and I have already spent 10 days trying to reach them without any response.

      My account from ****** was sent to collection and I am being sued by ********* ******** through Javitch Block. I have tried numerous times to contact JB by email and phone. I have left messages. I even called ********* ******** and they said they would have JB contact me. I haven't received a call or email. I am trying to pay off the account completely so that no one has to go to court over this but this is getting ridiculous! And based on the other reviews and complaints this company has a real issue with communication. I want this issue resolved immediately!

      I was notified on or about 8/17/24 that a lawsuit was filed by Javotch Block LLCon behalf of ** **** USA. I called Javitch Block on 8/17/24 to discuss possible settlement fo this account. After an extended hold, Lolita answered the phone. Lolita was extremely rude, condescending, and antagonizing. She unlawfully threatened public shame should the lawsuit result in a judgement against me. She unlawfully demanded to know what was in my 401K. I refused to give her that information. She demanded to know what I make with gross and net. She demanded ro know of I have family members that could give me money. She interrupted me multiple times to the point I was unable to speak at all during the phone call. She confirmed she could see a previous settlement I had negotiated with TD, at 45%, but stated Javitch Block does not have the capability to settle the account for that original amount, which is a lie. Javitch Block has a wide range of what they can settle.for. which deoends on negotiationa, not a set amount. She claimed they could only settled for 75% of the debt, which happens to be exactly what is in my 401K. Is Javich Block somehow accessing my private financial information including my 401K? Lolita chastised me for being unable to pay 45% of my debt at the time it was demanded (I had asked for payments over 180 days and was told I had to do it in 90 days, which I could not do). When I attempted to explaint hat I had agreed upon theamount but just needed a few more months to complete the payments, she belittled me. I thanked her for speaking with me and hung up.

      I called back several times on 8/21/24, only to be left on hold for over 40 minutes each time. Finally, during one call Lolita answered the phone again. I explained I was able to pull together 30% of the debt that could be paid today. She again demanded 76% of the debt stating they can't go any lower, which is a lie. I asked for the supervisor. I wasn't given any name & was transfered to a nameless voicemail.

      I received summons to appear in court for debt I owe. I called Javitch Block and spoke to a lady she advised me to call back since I was unable to make a large sum payment and recommended I call closer to court date which is October. I have been calling since first of August in hopes to get something set up before court. I’m on hold for 30 min to hr, I’ve left several voicemails that are never returned and the receptionist stated he sent an email to supervisor to return call and said he couldn’t help me speak to anyone. It’s almost like they don’t want to take calls and I am trying to avoid court cost .

      Received a summons for debt collection when monthly payments have been made, processed and accepted. I have called the law offices multiple times and left messages to never get a call back-from the months of May, June and July of 2024, all to be sued in late July 2024. Of course, when I reached back out to the law office at the phone number listed on the summons, once again I was directed to leaving a voicemail.

I proceed to call them(2)left messages no call back.and email(2) no response back. Not once have I ever received documents from javitch block llc.       Hello, javich block has called but not at the right times i can speak with them. It's been a few days or longer since of them not reaching out to me. And nothing has been sent to my email or my home address for me to start paying.


      Every time they have called, it's not at the time I can speak to them. There have been messages I left of what time to speak with me. I even Gave them my email address. And even my home address for them to send something in the mail for me to start paying. And even today's date no response. I don't even have a file number to pay online.

      As you can see yet they are calling during my work hours. I called them back right away. And service was busy. Yet again I left a message with my name, social, my email address and even my home address. And as of this day today nothing in my emails and nothing in the mail.       I have had a payment arrangement with this business for 8 Months straight since 12/26/2024 and have completed all of my payments successfully to date. However this business has continued to harass me and send me letters in the mail threatening me with court documents long after I already had a contract agreement in place. They are threatening me advising that Iv only made 1 payment however my entire payment history is posted down below and has been paid to date. I called into the company and advised them of this, However, this business is now telling me that I have to sign a document that I was never notified about or made aware of during my agreement with them. I want this business to stop harassing me. There is no reason why they should be sending me threatening letters in the mail. Also when I tried to call in To speak with someone to get this resolved, Their representatives were extremely unprofessional and hung up on me 3 times. I then had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just to speak with someone again!! Then I spoke with a supervisor James ****** who told me he was mailing the documents to me again that same day and he never even sent them to me.

      court documents.  All court documents are
      required to be sent to all parties of the case. 
      There were no threatening letters sent, merely the agreements that were
      mailed to the Consumer in December of 2023, January of 2024, and August 5,
      2024.  Once we have the signed agreement
      back from the consumer and file that agreement with the court, there will be no
      further litigation so long as the Consumer pays as agreed.
