      They stole my minor sons money from his bank account. I spoke to them several times they said money would be returned to him within 24 hrs of proof which was supplied to them. They have lied it has been several days since the incident. Every time I call its a different excuse or they need something else which has been supplied they are liars. It doesn't matter if it's ethical or who is hurt in the process as long as they get money.

      Here, our office filed a garnishment of other than personal earnings against the consumer, pursuant to a valid judgment granted on July 15, 2021.  Mr. ***** notified our office that the account contained third party funds not subject to execution. In turn, on January 27, 203 we faxed a request to the garnishee to lift the garnishment hold.  Unfortunately, that fax failed and we re-faxed the garnishee again on January 31,2023.

      We hope that the garnishee handles the issue expeditiously to rectify the issue. If anything else is needed from our office, feel free to advise.

      I spoke to the bank personally several times after the money was taken. They told me the creditor already has the money and there is nothing they could do because the money is no longer in their institution. The creditor has the money and they are the only one that can return it therefore the creditor law firm is lieing and hoping the hold ends before they have to return it. They probably never sent a fax at all and wouldn't keep asking for more info each time I called if that were the case.

      That has to be false as well the money taken from my minor sons account posted the following day it was taken the 24th posted the 25th which means it left that institution.  Which means whom ever it went to has had that money for some time because in the banking world 3 to 5 days max to complete. It has now been 11 days since the seizure of my minor sons funds.  Like I said it has been excuse after excuse or a different reason the money has not been returned to his account yet still no proof to the Better Business Bureau or myself that the money is being refunded. At least now I have your response in black and white if further action needs to be taken.

      I received a letter from Javitch Block in December when I was very ill. Since then I have tried contacting them over and over about creating a payment plan. Each time I call in, I am placed on hold 10 to 20 minutes before I have to move on with life. I don't have time to stay on hold all day. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and now they have filed the collections account in court. How can I resolve my matter if they won't even answer the phone!

      I have tried to call the 1-800-837-0109 phone number many times and have left several messages to get a call back but have not heard from Javitch Block at all. My file number is *******. I was served paperwork on 1/19/23 and am trying to contact the office to arrange a payment plan so my wages are not garnished. It almost seems as if they don't want to be contacted so that they can just add more lawyer's fees to the balance and then get a judgement to garnish wages. This seems like an illegal business practice.

      I recieved a letter that I owed a debt and is being sued. Been trying to contact them to see how I cN make payment for that debt. I have call everyday and put in hold due high call volumes.       We would like to resolve this matter with Mr. *******, however we have conflicting emails from him with different email addresses.  One makes an offer with a threat of an adverse claim against us, and says he wishes to communicate via "SoloSuit's" system, and the other is from a different email address asking us to contact him there. 

      Due to the threat of an adverse claim, we need clarification from Mr. ******* as how he intends to proceed in this matter, and a definite answer as to how he prefers to communicate. To be clear, we will not communicate or negotiate via "SoloSuit" which is a third party to our claim.

      I have had a debt with this company and I have been paying $161 a month on the debt. Every month they send me a letter with a settlement balance which has been something I've been wanting to pay for the last 2 months. For instance this month I owe $882.74 in the settlement balance is $321. The month before the settlement wasn't much more like four hundred in the count balance a thousand and something. I've tried calling them 30 plus times left 5 plus voicemails to get somebody to return the call to pay the settlement balance but they're not responding so they're trying to take the full amount.

      I have been paying online on my payment plan for a few years. I wen to pay my December payment and the website won’t let me in. Doesn’t tell me an error code, just doesn’t work.       I had a charged off account through Javitch Block LLC from a few years ago. I had a payment arrangement with them and thought that it was fully paid. Obviously I was wrong so they wanted to collect on the amount still owed, roughly $815. That's fine, it was my mistake. The issue is that I had no notice whatsoever that they were taking this back to court...no phone calls and no mail. I did move a year ago, but my relatives live in my old address and they didn't receive anything for me at that address. They filed for a freeze of my bank account but had that one cancelled and filed another 1 month later. Somehow 1 piece of mail got through to me from the first of October showing the original date cancelled and this was the end of November, after the court date. I looked up my file to see what they were attempting to do so I immediately paid the bill. They still froze my account and took money... it is still frozen. I tried multiple times to contact them to no avail. They have many messages from me that I left. When I have called, up to 5X a day, they do not answer. I have been on hold with them for what now adds up to hours. Very deceptive and unscrupulous business.

      As background, this law office represents ** *** Subsidiary * *********** ***** concerning payment due on a charged off account.  As a collection effort, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of our client against Ms. ****** on April 22, 2019, which was reduced to Judgment on March 12, 2020.  As referenced within the complaint. Ms. ****** was making payments on the account to our office. When payments stopped, we initiated a garnishment to collect the remaining balance due on the Judgment.  That payment was recently applied to the balance on December 12, 2022 and in turn, we will satisfy the Judgment with the Court.

      We apologize for the communication issues with our office, but we do note the telephone conversation of December 7, 2022 where we provided a status update on the litigation and account.

      I'm very upset, I've tried making a payment on there website for the last couple of months and it will not go through, it stops at my birthdate and won't go through, I've emailed and left messages and have not heard back, I left a message on there website explaining what's going on, I do hope to hear from them regarding this matter. I have seen a lot of complaints regarding this company and trying to make payments, that other customers are experiencing. I almost think it's true what is being complained about this company and possibly a scam, I'm honestly scared and may need to seek legal consil if there website isn't fixed, or they send monthly bill or payment coupon book.

      My wages were garnished out of nowhere by Javitch Block. Since the start, I have reached out and was told by Jeremy Motch that they had no contract on file regarding the Ballys Total Fitness account which the garnishment was for. I filed the paperwork for fraud and hand-delivered it to Javitch Block only to be told my license picture was too dark. I then resubmitted the paperwork for a second time at their request. I've placed countless calls to James McGraw every time he checks with someone only to tell me they have no answer. When I call I am told I still owe 75.83 but the entire 1984.xx was already pulled from my wages. I have NEVER signed up for a Bally's account and not once did I receive any notifications regarding court dates. It was only when my current job notified me about the garnishment that I found out. Since finding out, I've done everything asked of me and provided all the information they requested. ** ***** ***** ******* is who I'm told they are waiting on a response from but it has been well over a year. I want my money back that was wrongfully taken from me why is that so hard?
