I purchased a One Month membership from Bluemountain.com on July 18, 2021. On the BlueMountain.com website, the membership options are listed as "1 month (most flexible)", "1 year (most popular)", and "2 years (best value)". It does NOT say "Monthly"; it says "1 month." After purchasing, it turns out that this is an automatically renewing MONTHLY charge; I have now been charged for 2 additional months, in August and September. I would like a refund for the 2 additional months ($13.98) that I did not want, and I want them to change the labels of their website buttons to say "Monthly" so that they don't trick people into signing up for automatically renewing payments. Signed on one month membership $4.99, June 2021 with American Greetings. Used daughter's Visa card that day, instead of mine. End of month I canceled membership. July, despite cancelation they took $6.99 from daughter's card. Informed them I canceled membership & why $6.99 anyway & to refund. "We don't do refunds". 12 emails later they refunded my daughter's card. Stated membership now canceled. Check 4 x and STILL member with daughter's card no option to delete. Messaged again in duplicate at their 'contact us' page website & email to make sure somebody took note of this and they completely ignore me. They did it once before in 2020 took extra month tho never refunded me -but I used them again- thinking just a fluke- now they repeat? Still member so card will be charged again for August.Business response

I received an email stating this a few mins ago and went to the site and lo and behold, there was all my information still, the card number etc. with NO way to delete it! This is how they continue to take money from the card. Then they say "We do not do refunds" They refunded me this time- not last time- ONE payment. This will come out of the card this month despite what they say. Somebody needs to make them delete the information, because as long as it is there they will keep taking money each month. They did it in 2020 and would not refund me then. I tried them again this year thinking it was just a fluke that time- now I see it is a nice little earner for them.
This year after I canceled they took MORE than the price of membership! They only refunded that after a doz emails and I told them I would report them.
