I entered into a contract with THC THC LLC to repair the cracks in the concrete Patio THC THC agreed to a total payment of $3,000 to perform the work on repairing the concrete patio. I invited him to my home to take a look at the job to make sure that he could do the work. His price originally was $1500 based on the photos I sent him. I agreed to his requested price of $3000 for the concrete repair and gave him a $1,500 down payment. I also told him that I would let him work on the step based on the satisfactory completion of the work in fixing the patio. THC THC. unfortunately, left the job after leaving material on my patio. His statement was and I quote: "Yea the concrete CUTTER ain't working properly I left the material here can have another guy that's cheaper do the whole job." I have filed a report with the Painesville Police Department. Report number 20331110. I will pursue the matter in the courts of law. I hope my experience helps others when they hire someone to do work. No other contractor will use the material that he left behind. THC-THC had the opportunity to renegotiate the contract if he had a concern. about pricing. Why did THC THC take the job in the first place? I would like for THC THC to refund the payment made to him and keep the material he left behind which is an obstruction on my property.. I would never hire this guy for any other work.
