    Won an auction, had a. Family emergency and had to send my husband to the pickup in my place. Texted the manager to say he's new to the process and may need help. One of the lots I won was left behind. I contacted the manager she said she'd let me know at 430 the following day, didn't hear from her. I contacted her at 5. She said it was there and that I had 30 minutes to get my stuff. There was no way to make it there within that time. Multiple texts to arrange a different way went ignored. So I contacted the site owner requesting assistance with being refunded for the missing items. At that time this auction manager exerted a power trip requesting my account banned based on her mistake and she found my complaint "offensive". I want my items or I want a refund. Simple as that, without the threat of banning my account based on her personal issue. That's highly unprofessional!

    Unprofessional in communicating how they conduct sales. My real estate agent recommended Lynn. I contacted her and we spoke 2-3 times and exchanged texts. We determined dates for my parents sale and I made a trip from New Jersey to Ohio specifically to tag items for the estate sale. The day before her team was supposed to start photographing items for the online sale, Lynn came to evaluate our belongings. She advised we didn’t have enough stuff for a sale and could not tell me how much stuff was needed or what kind of stuff she needed. My mom worked in home furnishings for 60 years and she has a lot of stuff. I had packed most of it when I was getting g the house ready to sell. I offered to pull more stuff but Lynn could not explain what she needed. She said she’d speak with her partner and let me know if she could do the sale. Mind you this was the day before she was supposed to start photographing items for her on line sale. Lynn called me at 5pm that day and said she couldn’t conduct the sale when old people were living in the house. She said they come and go at weird hours when they are photographing and that people would need to see things that they were bidding on. Now this was to be an online sale and Lynn never communicated that the house had to be vacant. I took the recommended of my real estate agent that Lynn was professional. She is not. She never asked me questions about the status of the house. I told her the closing date and the days the movers were coming. I understand her rules and what she was saying but to NEVER tell me that in a conversation or text and then to tell me the day before you were supposed to start photographing is unprofessional. I’m in sales and I have never disrespected anyones time and I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated. Lynn is unprofessional and small minded. She never mentioned that the house had to be vacant. If this is such an important thing it would be the first thing you mention.

    I never had a contract with this person, she wanted us to conduct a sale with her elder parents residing in the house and I explained to her repeatedly that is not a good fit for us. I did in fact explain this ahead of time but her parents decided to stay in the house until the closing date. I understand her frustration with the situation but I can not be held accountable for the family's choices.
