These people are relentless, they argue with me every time they call which is about once a week. They will stop calling for a few months and then call again daily. I tell them we are not interested and, their services would not be of any use to our office and they will not take no for an answer. They then argue with me and continue to try to get us to use there services and if I hang up they will immediately call me back and yell at me for hanging up. I told them to take me off the list again and she said she would call back in a few months AND tried to sell me a sob story that she would lose her job if we did not use these services. They hold up our phone lines and continue to argue with us for multiple minutes under they just tell us they will call us back.. For no reason because we are not using this service.Business Response

They keep calling my business, try to get us to change electric providers. This has been going on for years. When they call today I asked to be removed from their calling list, the jack**s on the phone keep saying 'there is no calling list'. If there is no calling list, how did he find my number and call me? They have called over and over and in the past sent people to my business to try to cajole me into paying higher electric rates. My local town has aggregated of electric server and we have the lowest rates that I have found. They need to stop calling me!Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company should also publicly commit to retraining their employees and promise to add any customers to their internal do not call list when they are contacted by one of their salespeople. It should not take filing complaint with the BBB to be removed from their calling list. There are hundreds of complaints on the BBB, Google, Trust Pilot and many other sites complaining about repeated calls and abusive sales representatives.

**** *****

I received a phone call from "Taylor." I repeatedly asked to be on the "Do Not Contact" list. She told me she could not do that. I asked why, and she told me it was because she was just a "broker," and it wasn't a sales call. I believe you should honor my request if I request not to be contacted again.Business Response

They are charging more than the electric company is currently charging .. want to charge $8,300.00 for early termination fee .. refuse to try to lower rate so it at least matches the electric company.Business Response
Date: 06/29/2023
Integrity Energy operated by all rules and regulations when executing this agreement. We signed this customer up in November of 2022 on a very competitive fixed electric rate contract. The customer signed a contract acknowledgement form and agreed to all terms and conditions. The contract was also verified 3 days after execution with the customer. The customer was recently contacted by a variable rate scam company and offered a lower rate. Our customer service team explained that the offered rate is not fixed and just an introductory price. We advised that our agreement is fixed and all inclusive where as the newly offered rate is not. The customer refused to see reason and continued on to request the termination fee from the contracted supplier for the breach of contract. We explained to the customer that we cannot lower or change an already contracted rate and that the cx will have to pay the termination fee in order to exit the agreement. The customer then chose to purse another avenue in hopes of getting out of the agreement to sign with another company. Integrity Energy operated in good faith and the termination fee will stand.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.William J**** is incorrect. Whitney asked me to send her a copy of the contract I was talking about at the time I requested to be let out of my contract with Integrity. She said it was a valid contract - not a scam - so William is wrong. I no longer care to enter a contract with any other broker -- I just want to save money and Engie (through Integrity) is charging more than the electric company. Now I'm not a lawyer, but I do believe that if you are a broker saving people money you should not be charging more than the electric company. All I want is out of my contract free and clear. $8,300.00 is pure bull -- and sounds like mafia charges to me.Thank you.***** ************************************

They misrepresented their charges when they told me that Ameren would be charging at least 20-24 cents come January 2023 ... they are NOT charging that much. Therefore I feel they need to drop the ETF or lower the price they are charging. How can they claim to save people money if they charge more than the company??? I am totally confused as to why this is even legal.

Integrity Energy call 5+ times a day, giving different names for the caller each time, coaching the staff on how to give them information straight off our ****** ****** Bill and accumulating information and building off it in their next calls. First call this morning they asked for **** ******** (I,E) and I said she's no longer with us. Just now they called and the dispatcher gave her name at the incoming call and the rep said "I know it wasn't **** ******** who signed the contract because she's not there anymore, it was you, right {insert name just given at call pick-up)" She lies "we have to sign-off on the rates for 2025 right now to continue your contract with {insert what company they've raked up from previous calls}. "Just pull out your bill and I'll tell you what number to read me as I type up the contract". We have told them to add each line they call in on to their DNC list, but every day, 5x or more.Business Response

We have asked this company several times to stop calling and to remove our number from our list. They pretend to be Ameren to get through to Accounting and say "your energy contact is about to expire we would like to go over the new rates with you" we have an energy contract, not through Integrity, and have our contact we deal with. We would like not to be contact anymore.Business Response
